Political Campaign Management

Our job starts early by helping define the organizational structure it will take to win. As an integral part of a campaign, our role is to provide polling, determine issues, write a campaign plan, develop messages, set strategy, develop a timeline, define tactics, develop a budget, statistically analyze the district and carry out the campaign plan.

Quality is not a passing fad or temporary state of mind. It is a way of thinking that should direct all corporate actions. In all things, begin with the end in mind and ask yourself,
"How will this affect my customer?"
Do you have a Campaign Management Plan?
Do you have programs to reach the voters?
Do you have a web site and do you know how to market yourself through it?
Do you know how many voters are projected to turn out election day?
Do you know who the chronic registered voters are in the district?
Do you know the election law?
Do you know how many voters you need to win in the primary or make it to the runoff?
Do you know where the community groups meet in your district and when they meet?
Do you know how different media affects different voters based on demographics?
